About

After working in Brighton as a cake decorator at my own company Cakes Beyond Belief for thirteen years, I recently began a new career when I discovered a new-found love of ceramics. I now work in mixed media: sometimes porcelain, sometimes polymer clay, and sometimes a mix of both with other materials incorporated as well! My brooches are mostly themed around eyes and medals, just because I’ve always found them fascinating, and my porcelain plaques are themed around quotes from books, films and songs that I find inspirational. Recently, after losing both my parents, I have begun work on some memorial plaques, which I have found to be both therapeutic and inspiring. These can be customised or commissioned from scratch. All pieces of work are delicate so if you do order one please bear this in mind and handle with care! If you have any questions about a piece of my work or you would like to commission a piece, please do not hesitate to contact me. I am very friendly and I don’t bite!
